ORDER

This Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the Petitioners/A.2 and A.3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.21 of 2016 of Madhira Rural Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and under Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against them.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to filing of this petition, the investigating agency has completed the investigation and filed charge sheet. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to avail the remedies as available to the petitioner under law.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
