THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13218 OF 2017 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that the revision filed by the petitioner was disposed of by the 2nd respondent herein remanding the matter to the Tahsildar, Manakondur. The said revision arises out of the order passed on 20.09.2012 by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karimnagar, in respect of land of an extent of Ac.2.04 guntas situated in Survey No.179, Pachunur Village, Manakondur Mandal. It appears that while remanding the matter, in stead of mentioning Revenue Divisional Officer, Karimnagar, mentioned as Tahsildar, Manakondur Mandal, as a result of which the petitioner has been approaching the Tahsildar, Manakondur Mandal. 2.

Now, learned Government Pleader, on the basis of instructions, submits that the remand should have been made to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karimnagar, 4th respondent herein, and this is evident from the proceedings of the Tahsildar, dated 15.04.2017, addressed to the Joint Collector, Karimnagar, pointing out the mistake in the order, dated 25.10.2013. 3.

In view of the mistake occurred in the order of the Joint Collector, dated 25.10.2013, the original authority being the 4th respondent herein, the 4th respondent is directed to take up the matter remanded by the 2nd respondent and dispose of the same, after giving due opportunity to the parties, within a period of three

(03) moths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J MARCH 05, 2018 YVL
