THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.5188 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 25.04.2013 in E.A.No.232 of 2013 in E.P.No.56 of 2005 in O.S.No.71 of 1981 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition and to that effect he also filed letter dated 03.04.2017 before the Registry.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
