The instant Application is filed by the Official Liquidator under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 to take on record the halfyearly accounts of M/s. Southern Transformers & Electricals Ltd., (in liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2016 to 31.03.2017 along with the auditors' report dated 14.05.2018 of M/s Sarathy & Balu, Chartered Accountants.

Perused the auditors' report with the assistance of Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. The prayer is accepted. The half-yearly accounts and the auditors' report are taken on file.

The Application is ordered accordingly.
