HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9934 and 9935 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition No. 9171 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard.

The accused persons and the defacto-complainant-2nd respondent are present before the Court and the defacto-complainant submits that the D.V.C.No.165 of 2013 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, filed by her against the petitioners herein is settled between them and she is going to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, the Crl.P.M.Ps.Nos.9934 and 9945 of 2017 are allowed. In view of their compromise for no more claim to the DVC petitioner to enforce against the respondents. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed by setting aside the proceedings in DVC No.165 of 2013 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The accused are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
