It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the impugned orders passed by this Court, the petitioner cleared the goods after paying the differentiate duty. Therefore, the petitioner states that no further orders are necessary. Hence, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
