This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.262 of 2015 on the file of Vemulawada Police Station, Karimnagar, registered for the offence under Section 153-A of Indian Penal Code.

Heard Sri Srinivas Bodduluri, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 31.01.2016 and awaited for C.C. number by the Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vemulawada and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Crime No.262 of 2015 dt. 30.07.2015, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The Interim stay granted earlier by this Court shall stand vacated.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
