This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.257 of 2017 from the file of the Family Courtcum-XIV Additional District Court at Vijayawada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court-cum-XV Additional District Court at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District. Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the transfer petition, the petitioner died. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing the transfer petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
