ORDER

Challenging the action of staff of the 3rd respondent in interfering and threatening to evict the petitioners from the land admeasuring Ac.10.13 cents in Sy.No.59, Munjavarapadu Village, Kindra Panchayat, Rajavommangi Mandal, East Godavari District, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on written instructions, submits that the police never tried to interfere with the possession of subject land of the petitioners and as of now, no complaint was received either from the petitioners or from respondent Nos. 5 to 7.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition, except recording denial made by the official respondents.
