THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.22183 and 22186 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These two Writ Petitions are being disposed of by this common order in view of the common cause of action that arose in the Writ Petitions.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioners are agriculturists, who wanted to convert their land into fish tanks as per G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.2013. Their case is that they submitted an application for permission on 27.07.2013 and paid the requisite amount also. When the second respondent has not passed any orders pursuant to their applications, the present Writ Petitions are filed. In view of the pendency of the applications before second respondent since 27.07.2013 for conversion of agricultural lands into fish tanks, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the applications of the petitioners and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, allowed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
