HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.2759 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for setting aside the Licence No.1196/DCL, dated 28.10.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent to the 5th respondent.

Now, the counter affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent stating that when the 5th respondent failed to give any reply to the show-cause notice vide Lr.No.A/386/2012, dated 16.04.2012, licence was cancelled through proceedings No.A/386/2012, dated 07.05.2012 by the 2nd respondent.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd and 4th respondents submits that the contract was only for a period of two years and that the same is already completed.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and that the same is liable to be dismissed.
