This Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dt.16.07.2014 in I.A.No.1045 of 2013 in O.S.No.59 of 2013 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Kadapa, YSR District. 2.

Admittedly the order dt.16.07.2014 is only a consequential order to an earlier order dt.25.04.2014 allowing I.A.No.1045 of 2013 in O.S.No.59 of 2013 by the I Additional District Judge, Kadapa, YSR District. 3.

Without challenging the order dt.25.04.2014 in I.A.No.1045 of appointing an AdvocateCommissioner to measure the suit schedule property with the assistance of a Mandal Surveyor as per the agreement of sale dt.18.08.2012, it is not open to petitioners to question the consequential order dt.16.07.2014. Therefore, this Revision is dismissed. Liberty is granted to petitioners to question the order dt.25.04.2014 allowing I.A.No.1045 of 2013 in O.S.No.59 of 2013 by the I Additional District Judge, Kadapa, YSR District, if they are so advised. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
