THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.681 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 07.01.2014 in I.A.No.542 of 2013 in O.P.No.247 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge cum XV Additional Chief Judge, City Criminal Court, at Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
