Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy, as the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent already granted the licence.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
