CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WA.762 of 2017 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T APPEAL No.762 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The Depot Manager, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (presently Telangana State Road Transport Corporation), filed this writ appeal against the dismissal of the writ petition filed by him on the ground of laches. After arguing, Mr.B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, requested for permission to withdraw the writ appeal, with liberty to his client to file review petition to the extent of the relief of continuity of service granted to the 1st respondent. The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant in terms of the prayer made.

Since the writ appeal has been permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file a review petition, there is no need for disposing of the delay condonation petition i.e., WAMP No.1488 of 2017 on merits. Hence, this application is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ appeal, the remaining WAMP.Nos.1487 & 1489 of 2017, filed by the appellant, for dispensing with filing of the order, dated 11.11.2017, and for interim relief, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
