When the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri M. Ram Gopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has no instructions from his client and as per the declaration of age of the petitioner at the time of institution of O.A., he was aged about 52 years and must have already retired from service. In view of the fact that learned counsel for the petitioner reports no instructions, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
