HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1775 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.104 of 2012 of Prathipadu Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur District for the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigation agency already filed final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C, the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say the further remedy, if any, is left open to the petitioners.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
