Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Mr.Chetluru Sreenivas, learned counsel appearing for the respondent through memo dated 11.03.2016, placed on record the case registered in BIFR and also the particulars of the creditors of respondent company. In the details filed by the respondent company, the claims of petitioners companies are admitted and included in the pending case.

Having regard to the above circumstances, the company petitions are closed for the present, with liberty to the petitioners to seek revival of company petitions if there are changed circumstances or if the BIFR refuses the request of respondent company for framing the scheme under the Act.
