Earlier, petitioner herein filed W.P.No.12023 of 2017 before this Court questioning the same impugned order and, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said Writ Petition was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to pursue alternative remedies. Therefore, in the considered opinion of this Court, the present Writ Petition, filed for the same relief, cannot be maintained. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
