D. Venkateswara Rao, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.6344 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not conducting enquiry despite the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.36941 of 2014, as arbitrary and illegal.
In spite of the order passed by this Court on 02.12.2014 in W.P.No.36941 of 2014, to conduct enquiry and pass final order within a period of two months, the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur, did not even initiate enquiry.
Under the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of revoking the suspension order dated 8.09.2014. However, this order does not preclude the 2nd respondent from conducting enquiry and passing final order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
