HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32744 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent, in not disposing of the revision filed by the petitioner vide No.D/1036/2018 dated 19.2.2018, to set aside the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide Appeal No.D/288/2017, thereby to cancel the illegal entries made by the 4th respondent, in the revenue records for the land admeasuring Ac.2.25 gts situated at Sy.No.524/A and Ac.1.30 gts situated at Sy.No.524/AAA of Vanthadupula Village, Illantakunta Mandal, Rajanna Siricilla District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioner filed the revision before the 2nd respondent in the month of February, 2018, no action has been taken so far for disposing of the same.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner vide No.D/1036/2018 dated 19.2.2018, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
