HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.10616 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9737 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/respondents Nos.1 to 3 and the 1st respondent- complainant of D.V.C.No.8 of 2016 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Repalle, Guntur District, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the proceedings in D.V.C.No.8 of 2016 against the petitioners are quashed. Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.10616 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
