HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32525 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 1 to 5 are not registering any case against respondents 6 and 7 pursuant to his complaint, dated 31.08.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, submits that pursuant to the compliant, dated 31.08.2018, of the petitioner, the respondent-police registered a case in Crime No.196 of 2018 on 11.08.2018 against respondents 6 and 7. He further submitted that if the petitioner apprehends any threat from respondents 6 and 7, respondent No.5 will provide necessary police protection to him.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner as and when he approaches him with regard to the subject matter of the writ petition.
