O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, order or orders declaring the action of the 3rd respondent herein is not consider the representations dt.2008-2018, 09-07-2018, 24-07-2017 respectively requesting them to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds by mutate the petitioner name in the revenue records with reference to the Sy.No.707 an extent of Ac.1-37 guntas, Sy.no.743 an extent of Ac.1-04guntas and in Sy.No.745 to an extent of Ac.5-39 guntas and Sy.No.745 part to an extent of Ac.

5-37 guntas respectively situated at Shamshabad village accounts , Shamshabad Mandal, Rangareddy District having acquired the same through the sale deeds dt.06-122005 and 17-12-2005 respectively from its original owners as wholly arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction and void and violated the principles of natural justice and affected the petitioner rights guaranteed under article 14, 19(1)(g) and 300(A) of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent herein to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioner with reference to the agricultural lands in an extent of Ac.1-37 guntas in Sy.No.707, Ac.1-04 guntas in Sy.No.743, Ac.5-37 guntas in Sy.No.745 and Ac.5-39 guntas in Sy.no.

745part situated at Shamshabad village and mandal, Rangareddy District and pass such other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in circumstances of this case.'

Rule 18 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989. A copy of the said application is placed on record and bears out that it was duly received by the office of the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, to remain somnolent.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application dated 20.08.2018 in accordance with the due procedure expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
