HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32475 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not fixing the boundaries for the petitioner's land admeasuring the total extent of Ac.13.24 gts spread over in Sy.Nos.323/2, 323/Aa, 324, 325/A, 325/Aa, 326/A, 326/Aa, 326/E, 327/A, 328/A, 330/Aa/1, 333, 334/A, 334/A1, 334/A2, 335/A1 of Nemalipuri Village, Kodada Mandal, Suryapet District, pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner on 10.5.2017, by paying the requisite fee, as arbitrary and illegal.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the survey of the subject lands of the petitioner must have already been conducted already. However, states that if the survey of the subject lands is not done, the 2nd respondent may be directed to do so.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent, to conduct the survey of the subject lands of the petitioner, if it is not done already, at the earliest, preferably within a period of ten to twelve weeks from today, by informing the date and time of survey to the petitioner and all the concerned. The 2nd respondent shall issue the copy of the survey report to the petitioner forthwith, if the survey is done already. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
