THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1921 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 21.04.2014 in I.A.No.428 of 2013 in I.A.No.257 of 2012 in O.S.No.66 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge at Narsapur, Medak District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not interfering with the suit schedule property. He also submitted that the petitioners will not interfere with the suit schedule property till disposal of the suit.

If the petitioners will interfere with the suit schedule property, the respondents are at liberty to move similar type of application before the trial Court.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the impugned order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the learned Junior Civil Judge at Narsapur, Medak District, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.66 of 2012, as

expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
