This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, assailing the order, dated 15.03.2013, of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.818 of 2012 in O.S.No.554 of 1999.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the disposal of the suit by the trial Court, this Revision may be dismissed as infructuous. The Registry of this Court also brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 17.08.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
