HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.16323 of 2017 ORDER:

Ms. Pengali Lakshmi, holding for Sri E. Ajay Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requests the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and avail remedy of appeal.

2. The writ petition was filed on 27.04.2017. The period of limitation provided for appeal is 60 days. Since the limitation expired during the course of vacation, the court grants 15 days time from today to file the appeal before the 2nd respondent.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
