HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3712 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.2042 of 2014 on the file of learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of the First Class-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad for the offences punishable under Sections 498A I.P.C and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2) Heard, the learned counsel for Petitioners and the 1st respondent-State represented by the learned Public Prosecutor.

3) As there is no material to admit the present application for quashing the proceedings, the same is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to move an application under Rule 33 Criminal Rules Practice and in such an event, the learned Magistrate shall consider to permit one of the accused to represent on behalf of the other accused in the subject matter.

4) With the above observations, the criminal petition is disposed of.
