This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: "...to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent in issuing impugned order No.RINL/MM/4510007328/76 dated 20.03.2017 and seeking to enforce it now to procure the materials from alternative sources at higher cost and not paying the sum of Rs.2,99,77,924/- (Rupees two crore ninety nine lakh seventy seven thousand nine hundred and twenty four only) outstanding as on 03.07.2017 towards supplies of materials to the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct respondent to release a sum of Rs.2,99,77,924/- (Rupees two crore ninety nine lakh seventy seven thousand nine hundred and twenty four only) and permit petitioner to supply remaining sets by rescheduling delivery time and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Today, it is represented by Ms. K.V.Rajasree, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
