The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in investigating Crime No.311 of 2012 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 447, 327 read with Section 34 of IPC, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that investigation is over and as per the instructions received in the year 2013, it was informed that a final report would be filed within one month. 4.

Having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents-police to file a final report in Crime No.311 of 2012 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not already filed.
