This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeing a direction to the II Additional District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District to dispose of I.A.No.953 of 2016 in I.A.No.1527 of 2015 in O.S.No.122 of 2012 on his file.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that though the said I.A. has been filed on 22.08.2016, the matter has not been decided and that it has been adjourned on five different occasions. He contends that grave prejudice would be caused to the petitioner, if the said I.A. is not decided expeditiously.

Having regard to the said submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed directing the II Additional District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District to decide the I.A.No.953 of 2016 in I.A.No.1527 of 2015 in O.S.No.122 of 2012 on his file, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
