No representation for the sole petitioner/Accused No.1. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the accused and the defactocomplainant in the present crime entered into compromise before the Lok Adalath on 20.04.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 509 of IPC and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
