ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 15.09.2014, in C.M.A.No.148 of 2011, on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, whereby he has confirmed the order, dated 20.09.2011, in I.A.No.68 of 2011 in O.S.No.159 of 2011, on the file of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

After arguing the case, Sri T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to his client to pursue the pending suit. In view of this request, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.5990 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J
