THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NOS.34713, 34731 AND 35227 OF 2015 C O M M O N O R D E R The resolution dated 15.05.2015 passed by the Zilla Praja Parishad, Guntur, which is the subject matter of challenge in these writ petitions was set aside by this Court in W.P.No.19119 of 2015. A copy of the order dated 21st day of July, 2015 passed in the said writ petition is placed on record and reflects that this Court held that the impugned resolution could not be sustained and that the action of the Zilla Parishad was liable to be deprecated as unreasonable, preposterous, iniquitous and reprehensible.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, the writ petitions are allowed setting aside the impugned resolution dated 15.05.2015 passed by the Zilla Praja Parishad, Guntur. There shall be a direction to the authorities to take necessary consequential action in the matter, subject to compliance with other requirements, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
