THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40465 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in seeking to fill up the vacancy of fair price shop dealer in respect of Akkarajupalli Village, Narmetta Mandal, Warangal District on permanent basis in pursuance of notification, dated 01.11.2012 issued by respondent No.1 - Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangaon, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Telangana State) submitted that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner was appointed as fair price shop dealer on 12.08.2014 in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.4, dated 28.02.2014, in view of the fact that his wife was the fair price shop dealer. In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of main petition, WPMP.No.51319 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
