This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief - " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents as illegal and arbitrary in not promoting the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi teacher at Nadimpalle Centre, Galiveedu Mandal, Kadapa District and consequently to di rect the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi teacher at Nadimpalle Centre, Galiveedu Mandal, Kadapa District to call for records; and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare Department.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the respondent-authorities for redressal of her grievance and that respondent-authorities may be directed to dispose of the same by passing appropriate orders; and the same is not opposed by the respondents.

In the circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent-authorities, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if such an application is made, the

same may be considered and appropriate orders thereon be passed within a period of six weeks thereafter, as per law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Dt: 15-2-2016 KK
