THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32649 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments and Sri A.Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of his grievance, he submitted a representation on 18.08.2018 to the fourth respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the fourth respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the fourth respondent herein to take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
