HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9771 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 12.12.2011 revoking the permission for construction granted by the erstwhile Gram Panchayat, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District, on 23.06.2009 in favour of the petitioner. 2.

When this matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and admitted to by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent as well as the learned Government Pleader for the 2nd respondent that the subject matter of the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10937 of 2012 and batch, dated 25.10.2016.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also allowed in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No.10937 of 2012 and batch, dated 25.10.2016. A copy of the said order be annexed along with this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
