THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1035 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.401 of 2014 on the file of Saidabad P.S., Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that the parties have compromised the matter before Lok Adalat on 22.02.2016. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
