HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32676 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents, in not considering the on line application dated 06.01.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to mutate his name in the revenue records and issuing the pattadar pass books in his favour in respect of land Ac.6.00 gts, situated at Thimmapur Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which was succeeded by the petitioner from his grand-father, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the application made by the petitioner cannot be accepted as some of other persons are in possession of the subject land.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to deal with the application of the petitioner dated 06.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two to three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
