The petitioners filed WPMP.No.35686 of 2015 seeking withdrawal of writ petition in view of the compromise arrived at between the writ petitioners and the unofficial respondents as per the mutual agreement dated 27-04-2015.

The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the terms of mutual agreement and understanding show that the parties have entered into a compromise on 27-042015 and agreed to settle the issue as per the terms of compromise. In pursuance thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to with draw the writ petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
