The grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent is not taking any action pursuant to his complaint, dated 17.08.2018 and subsequent complaints, dated 20.08.2018 and 22.08.2018, which was made against one K.Abdul Khalid and his followers. 2.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, produced written instruction, wherein it is stated that the respondent-police have taken action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 17.08.2018, by way of registering a case vide Consecutive No.23 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 506 read with 34 and 109 IPC on 19.08.2018. It is also stated that similarly basing on complaints of the petitioner, dated 20.08.2018 and 22.08.2018, with similar set of facts, a case vide Consecutive No.250 of 2018 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 427, 504 and 506 read with34 IPC on 14.09.2018 and took up the investigation.

Recording the submissions made in the written instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
