There was no representation for the petitioner on 05.11.2018, 08.11.2018 and 12.11.2018. Therefore, the matter was specifically directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is clear that the petitioner is not keen in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
