Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition.

2. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition after submitting the representation, in the event of his representation is not being considered. There shall be no order as to costs.
