wa_1079_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal arises out of order dated 26-07-2017 in W.P.M.P.No. 30507 of 2017 in W.P.No. 24636 of 2017, whereby a learned single judge of this Court, while ordering notice to the appellant, has suspended G.O.Rt.No. 1573 dated 21-07-2017 issued by respondent No. 2 appointing the appellant as Secretary of respondent No. 4 academy.

Learned counsel for both parties sought to address their arguments on the merits of the case. However, we refrain from adjudicating the case on merits as the Writ Petition is pending before the learned single judge and the order under challenge is ad interim in nature.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed without expressing any opinion on the sustainability or otherwise of the order of the learned single judge. The appellant is permitted to file an application for vacating stay. If such application is filed, we feel that the same deserves an early hearing having regard to the nature of the dispute involved in the Writ Petition. 4.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.No. 2065 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
