Heard.

There is nothing to interdict the investigation. Hence, the investigation shall go on, however, pending investigation not to arrest the petitioner. This does not prevent the Investigation Officer to secure his presence for purpose of interrogation as part of investigation to appear whenever required, however, Investigation Officer shall complete the investigation within three months from the date of receipt of the order and file final report. Further remedies of the petitioner if at all are left open.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
