This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 4 in not taking any action pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 24-11-2014 seeking to demarcate his lands by conducting survey operations and to stop the illegal mining continued by respondent No. 6 in survey No. 571/F2 of Kocheruvu Village, Dhone Mandal, Kurnool District, even after lapse of more than two months as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that respondent No. 4 has already considered the representation of the petitioner on 31-08-2015. 3.

The representation of the petitioner since has already been considered, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
