HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be working as Non Muster Roll (NMR) Hostel Worker since September, 1999 on meager wages. Petitioner claims that she is discharging her duties and responsibilities as regular hostel worker. Even though she has rendered long service, her services are not regularized. Praying to grant regularization, petitioner filed representation on 10.10.2017. Even though representation is acknowledged, so far no reply is furnished. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

Since, representation was made by petitioner praying to grant regularization, Court is not expressing any opinion at this stage. Suffice to note that as representation is pending, respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
