The Federal Bank Limited prays for direction to Official Liquidator to disburse the amount available to the credit of company in liquidation. This Court vide order dated 16.06.2016 in Company Application No.786 of 2016 has accepted the prayers of Official Liquidator for disbursement of dividend at 90 paise in rupee. Having regard to the orders passed in application filed by Official Liquidator, this Application need not be considered. Accordingly the Application is dismissed.
